The ground rules for using Popstar AI, including accounts, photo uploads, generated videos, acceptable use, credits and subscriptions, refunds, privacy and liability.

1. Welcome and Acceptance

Welcome to Popstar AI. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the tools at popstarai.video (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the Service.

2. What the Service Does

Popstar AI lets you upload one photo and receive a vertical 9:16 or wide 16:9 MP4 in which an AI video model places you in the role played by Justin Bieber in the 2020 DJ Khaled and Drake music video "POPSTAR". There is no free tier or free preview; rendering a clip requires a signed-in account and enough credits from a credit pack or subscription. Finished videos are saved in My Creations.

Popstar AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DJ Khaled, Drake, Justin Bieber, Neymar, or any of their representatives or labels, and the song and music video remain the copyright of their owners. The videos are rendered by third-party AI video generation providers, to which your uploaded photo is sent for that purpose. Providers, model names and capabilities may change over time, and unless we say so, we have no affiliation with or endorsement from any of them.

AI results can be wrong, partial or surprising, and they may look like content made for other users. Watch every video before you depend on it, post it or pass it on.

3. Who Can Use the Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this kind of agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
  • Account and billing details you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are in charge of protecting your sign-in credentials and answerable for all activity under your account.
  • If you think someone else has gotten into your account, email support@popstarai.video immediately.

4. Your Photos, Our Platform and Ownership

Whatever rights you lawfully have in the photos you upload and the videos produced from them stay with you. It is up to you to make sure that your uploads, and the way you use the resulting videos, comply with the law and respect other people's intellectual property, privacy, publicity and other rights. You may upload only photos that you own or are entitled to use. Do not upload photos of celebrities or other public figures, or of minors, and do not present a generated video as real footage of the artists or of any other real person. If a platform offers a way to mark content as AI-generated, we ask you to use it.

To let us render, store and display your videos, you give Popstar AI and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process and show your photos and videos. The license is used only to operate, secure, troubleshoot and support the Service, and it gives us no ownership of your lawful content.

The Service itself, meaning its software, interface, branding, documentation and original site content, is owned by Popstar AI or its licensors. Unless the law permits it or we have agreed in writing, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit the Service.

5. Credits, Subscriptions, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Payment authorization: Buying a credit pack or subscription authorizes the third-party payment processor shown at checkout to charge the displayed price, applicable taxes and any recurring fees that were disclosed to you.
  • Credit packs and plans: Credit packs are one-time purchases. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew on their own into a fresh period unless you turn renewal off, and the interval and price are shown before you pay.
  • Credits in use: A render consumes a number of credits that depends on the options you choose. Credits belong to the account that bought them and expire on the schedule shown on the pricing page or at checkout. If a render fails or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits for it are automatically returned.
  • Cancelling: Cancel through the subscription management portal or the cancel option in the pricing or account area. Cancelling stops future renewals and normally takes effect when the paid period in progress ends.
  • Card data: Payments are handled by the processor named at checkout. Card details are processed by that processor and never stored on our servers.
  • Refunds: Our Refund Policy describes who qualifies and how to ask. Nothing in these Terms cuts into mandatory consumer rights.

If a charge seems wrong, email support@popstarai.video before you file a payment dispute, so that we can look into it.

6. Prohibited Conduct

This section is our acceptable use policy. It covers every photo you upload and every video generated, and any attempt to get around the safeguards of the Service.

You must not upload, request, generate or help another person produce any of the following:

  1. Sexual content: Pornographic, nude or sexually explicit material, sexually suggestive scenes, sexual services or fetish content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors and any grooming or exploitation of children are absolutely forbidden, with no exceptions.
  2. Violence and gore: Graphic injuries, torture, glorified violence, terrorism or violent extremism, weapons-of-mass-destruction instructions, or anything intended to threaten or facilitate physical harm.
  3. Hate and harassment: Content that attacks, dehumanizes or harasses people, or urges discrimination or violence against them, based on protected characteristics.
  4. Impersonation and deepfakes: Intimate imagery shared without consent, misleading portrayals of real people, impersonation, identity fraud, or deepfakes built to deceive viewers about a clip's origin or authenticity. Animating a person's photo without their consent falls under this heading, as does uploading photos of celebrities or public figures.
  5. Infringement and privacy violations: Anything that violates copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights, discloses confidential information or breaches other proprietary or personal rights.
  6. Unlawful or harmful acts: Content that breaks the law, supports scams or phishing, distributes malware, promotes regulated wrongdoing, exploits vulnerable people, or aims to deceive or injure.

In addition, you must not evade safety filters, test or interfere with the platform's security, automate access without authorization, harvest outputs in bulk, resell access without our approval, or use the Service in a way that violates the law or card-network rules.

7. Moderation, Reports, and Our Response

Every uploaded photo and every generated video passes through automated checks. These combine keyword blocklists, automated safety classifiers and the moderation built into each model provider. Because no automated system is perfect, flagged or reported items may be examined further.

If you want to flag prohibited content, suspected impersonation, a child-safety issue or an infringement, email support@popstarai.video using the subject Content Report. Add the relevant URL or account details, describe the problem and attach any screenshots or evidence. We aim to confirm that we received your report within three business days, and reports involving child safety or a credible risk of physical harm go to the front of the line.

Depending on severity, past history and the applicable law, our response may include refusing a request, blocking or removing content, limiting features, suspending or closing an account, preserving records, or notifying the proper authorities of suspected illegal activity. Accounts tied to child exploitation, terrorism, credible threats, fraud or non-consensual intimate imagery can be suspended immediately. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or write to support with the relevant context.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, retained and shared. By using the Service you acknowledge that your uploaded photo and related request data may be forwarded to hosting, storage, safety and AI video providers whenever that is required to produce the video you asked for.

9. Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, credit prices, limits and availability may change. To keep the Service secure, dependable, compatible with providers or lawful, we may alter, pause or retire parts of it. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or any particular result from a given photo.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

As far as the law permits, we disclaim every express and implied warranty, among them merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and the correctness of AI output. Do not treat anything a model produces as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

11. Liability Limits

As far as the law permits, Popstar AI, its affiliates, service providers and personnel carry no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities connected with the Service. A right or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude remains in force.

12. Suspension and Ending Access

You can stop using the Service at any time. If we reasonably suspect an account creates a fraud, abuse, security, legal, payment or policy risk, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access. Requests to close your account or erase personal data are dealt with as laid out in the Privacy Policy.

13. Revisions to the Terms

These Terms may be revised as the Service, our providers or the law develop. The new version will be published on this page with an updated date at the top, and where the law requires it we will provide extra notice of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after the new version takes effect means you accept it.

14. Governing Law

The laws of the place where the Service operator is established govern these Terms, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before beginning any formal claim, please contact us in writing so that we can try to settle the matter informally.
